KIGALI – The East African Community (EAC) Heads of State meeting that had been scheduled to take place today has been postponed. The date for the new schedule will be announced later. President Paul Kagame, together with other EAC presidents were expected to attend the meet but State Minister for Cooperation, Rosemary Museminari said today morning that a new date would be announced later.
